ROBERTS, R.Ph.

Mr.Roberts is a healthcare and business professional with extensive experience in pharmacy, retail, and real estate fields. He has developed and maintained an active and progressive career in pharmacy operations, management, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate.

A former owner of a full-service community pharmacy, Mr. Roberts has also held pharmacy supervisor positions for a chain of pharmacies. This was followed by his work as a commercial investment realtor, where he concentrated on the brokerage of businesses, leasing, land acquisitions, and investment properties.

For most of his career, Mr. Roberts was Vice President of Acquisitions and Real Estate for a chain of 2200 stores, where he oversaw the analysis and approval of all real estate site selections, relocations, expansions, lease/purchase negotiations and all other related real estate functions. He proactively negotiated, coordinated and managed all aspects of several hundred of independent pharmacies mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Roberts graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Birgit Erickson, R.Ph.

Ms. Erickson is a healthcare and business professional with broad experiences in retail pharmacy operations. With more than two decades of operational and managerial experience, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the challenges that independent pharmacy owners face everyday.

She has current hands-on knowledge of the practice of pharmacy involving the day-to-day operations and financial analysis. A practicing community pharmacist, Ms. Erickson continues to be actively engaged in the management of independent pharmacies.

Ms. Erickson’s work experiences within the chain drugstore industry have included the roles of Pharmacy Supervisor and District Manager, in which she managed the divestiture/sale of numerous stores. During the latter portion of her chain drugstore career, she served as a Regional Director of Pharmacy Operations, overseeing and directing all aspects of pharmacy operations for over 450 stores. This included negotiating and coordinating numerous independent pharmacy acquisition transactions. Ms. Erickson graduated from Ferris State College of Pharmacy with a Bachelor of Science degree.
